This was the day Maddie went to have her EKG and sonogram, and
she was not very happy. She screamed and cried.  Her eyes are still
a little red and puffy from all the crying.

June 17, 2010.  Madeline, Elena, and Pap went to InShape City's Westlane Pool on Bianchi Lane
and played in the 1-3 foot swimming pool. Maddy tipped over because the vest's buoyancy lifted her
off her feet and her head went under water in the one foot depth.  Her mother rescued her a second
later.  She was soon back in the water, all forgotten.  Later we ate Dave Wong'stake out at home.
Linda is in New Mexico.

Eating in Monterey Hotel Room, June 20, 2010. Twice today Maddie's sippy cup spilled apple
juice.  Once all over her in the car, and again onto the bed in the hotel room.  Tomorrow would be
a better day.
